From the Engagement Party to the Wedding Day

Here’s where an ice cream cake fits, from the first toast to the last dance.

Engagement Parties

Toast the news with a heart-shaped cake and a “Congratulations!” message. A 9″ heart serves 12–14, and a 6″ heart serves 3–4 for a smaller celebration.
Bridal Showers

Bring a cake with your own message and your choice of border colours, then add DIY sundae kits or milkshakes for the guests.
The Wedding

Make it the dessert at a smaller wedding, a second cake beside your wedding cake, or a late-night treat. Feeding a crowd? A small slab serves 25–30, and a large slab serves 35–40+.

Design Your Celebration Cake

You choose everything in our order form. If you’re unsure about anything, just choose your best option, and we’ll follow up.

Size: From a 6″ heart (serves 3–4) to a large slab (serves 35–40+)
Flavour: Eight layered flavour profiles, from Merla-Mae’s Original to Oreo, Pralines & Cream and Verry Berry
Borders: Top and bottom borders in whip cream white, chocolate fudge, pink, purple, blue, yellow, green or red, or decorator’s choice
Decorations: Flowers, fruits, cookies, chocolate bars and more, or decorator’s choice, with or without a chocolate drip
Message: “Congratulations!”, “Happy Anniversary!”, your own words, or no message
Photo: Portrait cakes: bring in or email us your image, and we print it onto edible paper (optional, extra charge)

Sundae Kits & Milkshakes for the Shower

A build-your-own sundae bar for the shower. Our DIY sundae kits come with our ice cream ready in cups and the sauces and toppings packed on the side, so every guest builds their own sundae.

Prefer something to sip? We make our classic milkshakes for the whole group: tell us how many, which flavours and when. Add an ice cream cake, pies or other favourites to the same order, and pick it all up at our shop.

Nut allergy in the group? Tell us when you order: some of our sundae toppings include nuts.

How ordering works

Ordering Your Celebration Cake

1Build your cake in our online order form: size, flavour, borders, decorations and message.
2We follow up with your price and everything you need to know.
3Pick it up at our shop, any time after 11:00 am.

Orders placed through the form need at least 24 hours’ notice. Final pricing is confirmed after we review your order details.
