A few of the heart cakes we’ve made for Valentine’s Day: red and pink icing roses, chocolate drizzle and a sweet “Be Mine.” Seasonal designs rotate, so use them as inspiration and make yours your own.

A sundae built for two

The Lover’s Boat Sundae for Two

Some Februarys, our Valentine’s special has been the Lover’s Boat: one big sundae, two spoons, and everything piled high. When we’ve made it, it came with edible chocolate spoons while supplies lasted.

What’s in the boat

  • Two mountains of vanilla soft-serve
  • Hot fudge & white chocolate ganache
  • Double-layered milk & white chocolate covered strawberries
  • Fresh strawberries & brownies
  • Whipped cream, maraschino cherries & sprinkles

Another year it was our Valentine’s Sundae: half & half ice cream in a homemade waffle dish with white chocolate ganache, strawberry purée and chocolate sauce, topped with chocolate covered strawberries, brownies, icing sugar and a whipped cream flower.

Pre-Order Your Valentine’s Cake

Build your cake in our online order form: choose a 6″ heart (serves 3–4) or a 9″ heart (serves 12–14), your flavour, red, pink or white borders, flowers or a chocolate drip, and write your own message. We’ll follow up with your price and everything you need to know.

Tip: Online orders need at least 24 hours’ notice. In a time crunch? Call us: in many cases we can prepare a custom cake within 3–4 hours.
