Jewelry & Small Item Merchandise
Jewelry products are manufactured with small parts and are not intended for use by children under 3 years of age. Any use of our jewelry products should be with adult supervision only. This can include necklaces, rings, pins, earrings, tags, and more.
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD – Small Parts
Not for children under 3 years.
We urge parental supervision and instruction if giving these items to young kids. Recommended ages may vary by province or state for ages 7+ or older.
Use with adult supervision only.
Please note that our jewelry products are not toys. Never leave your child unattended with any of our jewelry merchandise. Always supervise children closely if wearing their jewelry. Our products contain very small pieces, which could pose a choking hazard. This includes but is not limited to metal parts, chains, beads, clasps, tassels, etc. While our jewelry is created with safety and longevity in mind, no jewelry is unbreakable and these small components are considered a choking hazard. For children under 13, the jewelry is not intended for everyday wear or teething. Make sure you take off all jewelry while your little one is bathing, swimming, and napping. By purchasing from Merla Mae you acknowledge full responsibility and agree to all items set forth. Merla Mae assumes no liability for injury, medical issues, or death resulting from product misuse. Supervision is required. Buyer assumes all responsibility.
Again, our jewelry products are NOT teething/nursing jewelry. Do not allow the wearer to place this item in his/her mouth at any time.
Our jewelry products are not toys. No young child should ever be left unattended with any of these items, as small parts may become loose & pose a choking hazard. Our jewelry and products should always be removed during car rides (especially for children in a rear-facing car seat), naps & at bedtime.
Certain types of jewelry can be a strangulation hazard. Always supervise children while they’re wearing their “Merla Mae” Accessories.
